About The Event
In honor of Black August, Sankofa is hosting an open mic night every Friday for the rest of the month. Black August is a time to celebrate rebellion and pay homage to current and past political prisoners. Come to sing, spit or listen to poetry in the theme of REBELLION. See you there!
