Sam P.K. Collins is a grassroots journalist and Garveyite with nearly 15 years of experience in the Black Press. He’s also a K-12 educator who conducts writing workshops. As an adjunct professor, Bro. Sam highlights the Black Press' role in the Afrikan repatriation. In his first and only book, "Babylon Be Still: How a Journalist-Educator Adopted an African-Centered Worldview" Bro. Sam reflects on his Liberian heritage, Pan-Afrikan consciousness, and the creation of his former grassroots media platform AllEyesOnDC. Some of his other writings focus on Rastafari, the modern-day responsibilities of the Black Press, and Liberia's potential as a hub for Pan-Afrikan liberation.
