Sepideh Jodeyri is an Iranian poet, literary critic, and translator living as an exile in Washington DC. She has published eleven books so far, including eight poetry collections, a collection of short stories and two book translations. Jodeyri is the winner of the 2015 Jovellanos International Poetry Prize in Spain for one of her poems, Chãk, and the selected poet of the project, “Dangerous Women” by the University of Edinburgh. Moreover, Sepideh Jodeyri has been the international guest writer for the International Women’s Group Glasgow North Many Voices writing group.
