About The Event

Brian Mushana Kwesiga is a Ugandan-born entrepreneur, engineer, and diaspora civic leader whose work explores Uganda’s politics, diaspora-state relations, governance reform, cultural identity, and Africa’s place in the global economy. He is the Founder, Principal, and CEO of The eHub Group, LLC, a U.S.-based import-export and strategic advisory firm advancing a “trade, not aid” approach to African market access and diaspora-led development.


Kwesiga was a 2024–2025 Africa Policy Accelerator Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, D.C. His writing and commentary have appeared in New Vision, Daily Monitor, and other outlets, where he has addressed issues including dual citizenship, diaspora rights, national identity, trade policy, and institutional reform.
