About Indefinitely Dee: Dee is a registered yoga teacher who creates mindful yoga classes with a gentle push to encourage students to move past the limits created in the mind. Dee's practice focuses on overall wellness & self-care by way of loving movements & breathwork. Dee's mission is to allow space for self-exploration & liberation for Black folx of all ages through the practice of yoga & other holistic practices.
