Brian Mushana Kwesiga is a Ugandan-born entrepreneur, engineer, and diaspora civic leader whose work explores Uganda’s politics, diaspora-state relations, governance reform, cultural identity, and Africa’s place in the global economy. He is the Founder, Principal, and CEO of The eHub Group, LLC, a U.S.-based import-export and strategic advisory firm advancing a “trade, not aid” approach to African market access and diaspora-led development. Kwesiga was a 2024–2025 Africa Policy Accelerator Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, D.C. His writing and commentary have appeared in New Vision, Daily Monitor, and other outlets, where he has addressed issues including dual citizenship, diaspora rights, national identity, trade policy, and institutional reform. He previously served as the youngest-ever President & CEO of the Ugandan North American Association (UNAA), where he led reforms in governance, transparency, and diaspora engagement. Before entering entrepreneurship and policy work, he spent 15 years in aerospace and defense with Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and Raytheon Technologies. He holds degrees from Tufts University, Southern Methodist University, and Dallas College. Milton Allimadi is a PhD student in the History Department at Howard University. He was an Adjunct Professor at the Graduate School of Journalism at Columbia University and at John Jay College. He's a co-founder and the publisher of Black Star News and an investigative reporter. He is the author of 'Manufacturing Hate--How Africa Was Denonized in Western Media.' He hosts a weekly 'Black Star News' show on WBAI 99.5FM New York Radio.
